Return & Exchange Policy

At Meen Modestry, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Return Policy — Damaged Products Only

* Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged.
* Customers must inform us and share clear pictures or videos of the damage within 2–3 days of receiving the parcel.
* Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

2. Exchange Policy — Wrong Sizing Only

* Exchanges are accepted only in case of incorrect sizing.
* Customers are responsible for the delivery charges for both ways: returning the product to us and receiving the exchanged product.
* The product must be unused and in its original condition for the exchange to be considered.
* Exchange requests must be made within 2–3 days of receiving the parcel.

3. Important Notes

* Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.
* Please carefully check your size before placing an order.
